FAQ
Questions about retail automation
Can it be installed in a shop that is already open?
Yes, depending on the existing installation. Work is scheduled so you do not lose opening hours, often outside the season or after hours.
Can I control several shops from one place?
Yes. Each shop has its own installation and you see them all from your phone with remote access.
What happens if the internet goes down?
KNX runs locally. Keypads, scenes and schedules keep working as normal; without internet you only lose remote control until the connection is back.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the space and the functions. After a site visit we send you a detailed quote.
