WHAT YOU CONTROL

The whole house in one system

Every function works on its own and all of them together in scenes, at the touch of a button or automatically.

Lighting & scenes

One button for “Welcome”, “Evening” or “Away”. Dimming in every room and scheduled outdoor lighting.

Climate & heating

Temperature per room, underfloor heating and air conditioning from one place.

Shading & pergolas

Shutters, awnings and pergolas that move on schedule or with the sun and wind.

Pool & outdoor areas

Pool lighting, water heating, irrigation and garden lights on schedules.

Security & access

Alarm, sensors, cameras and entry by fingerprint or code.

Remote control & energy

Control your home from anywhere, with alerts and energy metering.

FOR OWNERS ABROAD

While you are away, your home keeps watch

Many Santorini homes and villas stay empty for months. Automation shows you what is happening and alerts you before damage is done.

  • Alerts for water leaks, open doors or power cuts
  • Winter mode with background heating to protect the building
  • Presence simulation with lights and shutters
  • “Welcome” scene: a cool or warm house before you arrive

FOR RENTAL HOMES & VILLAS

Simple for guests, economical for you

Guests find the house ready and understand right away how it works. You stop paying for air conditioning with the doors open.

  • Keypads with backlit symbols any guest understands
  • Air conditioning that switches off when the balcony door opens
  • Arrival and departure scenes for your staff
  • Entry codes that change for every booking

For booking management we recommend Roomismo, in partnership with Flarmio.

FAQ

Questions about a smart home

Does KNX need special wiring?

Yes. KNX uses its own bus cable, which is installed together with the electrical installation according to our design. That is why we work early on with the project’s architect and electrician. For existing homes we review the options with you after a site visit.

Can I control my home from abroad?

Yes. With secure remote access you can see and control lights, climate, shading and the alarm from your phone, and receive alerts.

What happens if the internet goes down?

KNX runs locally. Keypads, scenes and schedules keep working as normal; without internet you only lose remote control until the connection is back.

Can I add functions later?

Yes. KNX is an open standard, so we can add rooms, sensors or new functions without replacing the existing installation.

How much does home automation cost?

It depends on the size of the house and the functions you want. After a short conversation and a study we send you a detailed quote. Start with our quote form, it takes a minute.

Building or renovating a home or villa?

Talk to us at the design stage so the wiring and control points are planned correctly.
